Callie Zimmerman is currently earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Ball State University. She studies Intermedia Art with a Concentration in Photography, as well as Creative Writing. Her undergraduate work consists of videography, both film and digital photography, and poetry. She also has a formal education in drawing, painting, sculpture, and more.
Currently, Callie is in the process of developing her undergraduate thesis, which involves the integration of text with photographic images. She constantly seeks new ways of displaying her photography sculpturally and by using alternative processes. Callie’s work focuses on the individual and the concepts of memory, mental health, and modernity—and how these subjects correlate.
